Family History Hangout is a 2-hour block of time you set aside specifically for family history. Just like any appointment, once you sign up you are more likely to show up. Far more effective than saying you will get around to it "sometime."

Can I get help with my brick walls? This isn't the environment to get in-depth personal help, but it is a place to get general help from the group. Can't decipher some handwriting? Share your screen. Have an idea for a family project and want to get feedback on it? Ask away! Curious if anyone knows a good website for German church records? They just might.
Why would I pay to spend money to research? It is my experience that people are more likely to follow through when they make a financial commitment. I want you to be successful with your goal to learn about your ancestors!
